I was the only undergraduate student who became the research assistant in the college of computer science and technology. I attended several engineering and research projects, e.g. design and maintain digital campus, research of distributed storage system, design and secure the cluster system of National College Entrance Exam for Adults. I am also the system administrator and content manager of bbs.bjut.edu.cn, the official BBS for my university.

FireBird 2000 is a BBS software which is wildly use in China Education & Research Network. I was the QA of firebird 2000, before it released to public I submitted several bug report and patches.

I was one of the key developers for i-power network security scanner. It is successful network security scan and analysis software which get the certification from the ministry of public security, PR China.

Other works

l        The maintainer of phpBB and Jakarta-tomcat ports in FreeBSD project. I have submitted dozens of patches about I18N, ipfw, and other ports in FreeBSD.

l        Set up the 1st mirror site of Linux Kernel and NetBSD operating system in mainland China. Being the maintainer of several other open source software, I would like to continue contribute to the free (GPL or BSD) software projects in my spare time.

l        Recommended for the news group administrator of cn.bbs.comp.security, a news group mainly discusses about network and system security related topics in Chinese.
