升级了网站，加入了action streams功能

闲着没事，将网站的template从用了好几年的MT 2.x的更换成MT4.x的了，并且增加了action streams在首页，这部分的内容会和twitter、facebook以及其他以后我可能会用的social network工具同步。让Web2.0更加彻底吧！
