胳膊开始剧痛了……

今天早上起床后竟然连续2次都没有拉开拉力器……只要卸掉了一根弹簧,完成了10*2的练习,最后为了保证运动量又多做了几个。下午做俯卧撑,胳膊和肚子上的肌肉都剧痛,刚做了一个就觉得无法忍受了,后来休息了几分钟只要5个5个的去完成。

这个过程来的比我想象的要早,继续坚持,过几天应该就会好了的。
