早上6:30自己醒来

经过一周末的恢复,今天身体状态和精神状态都很好。虽然有些事情并没有按照想像中的方向发展,但是几个月前制定的锻炼计划现在应该开始实施了。今天主要做上肢力量恢复练习。

我从小时候开始上肢力量就不是很强,用通俗的话说就是胳膊没劲。曾经的引体向上最高纪录是3个,呵呵。不过好在小时候可以选择铅球作为记分的项目,所以中考体育还是拿到了满分。

今天全天完成50个俯卧撑+20次拉力器,每天慢慢增加运动量。加油加油!~~
