早上顺利完成了10*2的拉力器锻炼,晚上一个人在安静的办公室练习俯卧撑。今天的极限出现在第35次,在坚持过第35-40次之后感觉轻松了不少,最后的10次是连续完成的。今天俯卧撑完成的顺序为10-15-15-10。明天希望能继续保持这样的体力,估计2-3天之后胳膊会开始剧痛,希望能坚持过去。加油加油!!
