心情不好的时候经常做的3件事情

今天在网上和朋友聊天,被问到心情不好的时候会作什么,总结如下:
1. 去折腾一个困难的技术问题,折腾明白了,就会忘记心情不好的原因,于是心情好了,技术也提高了
2. 睡觉
3. 找个人聊天

其实很久都没有体验真正意思的心情不好的感觉了,或许很长时间心情都是一种灰色,所以想体验“心情不好”的感觉也是一件困难的事情。
