[maintainer] Fix patching problem in www/jakarta-tomcatX

今天早上起床之后发现krion@ commit了一个des@要求修改的变化，结果所有的tomcat都无法正常的安装了。本想起床之后测试一下新的daemonctl的计划被打乱了……好在晚上的时候连续收到des@的两封信件，并且附带了patch..des真是好人啊。。赶紧发PR.
顺便在PR里面纪念了一下smth bbs...
